No. Guests book with their name, contact details, preferred date and time, and number of guests. There is no sign-up and no password to remember.
Yes. Staff add phone, Messenger and walk-in bookings from the dashboard. They're confirmed straight away and count against the same capacity as online bookings.
Yes, if you allow it. Each confirmation email includes a personal link where guests can check their booking or cancel it, up to the cutoff you set.
Yes. Beta partners get a booking page with their business information, policies, logo and brand colours. Larger changes are scoped with you case by case.
Not yet. Online payments and deposits are planned for a later release. Today, guests reserve without paying through the platform.
